Job Description
These positions are located at our Intermodal container terminal located in Vaughan.
Our Intermodal Terminals operate on a 7/24, 365 days per year basis.
All positions are unionized.
Specific Responsibilities
- Use hand held computer at the terminal gate to input information that allows trucks to enter or leave the terminal
- Compare data against printed material
- Inspect containers to check for damage
- All work for this position is outdoors
Qualifications & Education
- Ability and desire to work in an outside environment in all weather conditions
- Ability and willingness to work safely in a high volume traffic environment
- Demonstrated physical activity as part of your previous work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Strong keyboarding skills
